scraped paint

Good news is, I used a ScotchBrite scrubbing sponge to take off the paint someone left on my truck. Bad news is, I used a Scotchbrite scrubbing sponge. Now the area looks very dull, and waxing doesn't help at all. Am I outta luck of is this fixable? Thanks for your advice.

Man I bet it sounded like a good idea at first. At least it did when I used a scotchbright pad to get some baked bugs of my hood and man did those bugs come right off! Yes my clearcoat was scuffed and I had to take my truck in and have the hood wet sanded but now it looks as good as new. Well sorta! You can still make the scuffs out a little in the right sunlight at the right angle. But all in all it looks good. I'm hoping a couple coats of Zaino will make it look even better! Good luck!
