I'm planning on painting an older truck a 2004 color and need some assistance. Can anyone tell me what the color code is for 2004 Bright Red? I'm told that it's a two digit code on a sticker in the driver's door jamb. It might be something like E4, F1 or maybe FL. I can't seem to get to the dealer while the're open.

try the 04 F-150 board, they should be able to help.

 

I have the '04 Bright Red Crew Cab and the color code is E4.

 

Open the drivers door and find the sticker, at the body youll see EXT PNT and then the 2 digit code. Mine is E4 also, Vermillion Red.

 

E 4 is correct.
