Let the chamois run for a complete wash/rinse cycle, but, of course, do not put any soap in the washer. Just let it run it's course in the washer.
I have found that real chamois have something in them that make them bubble up, just like soap, when they are new. It's probably due to the manufacturing process.
Anyway, you might have to run it through 2 times to get it all out.

i really hate drying off my truck after a good washing. i have a plastic 55 gal barrel behind my garage that i catch rain water in for my final rinse. i just use a watering can and give it a spot free rinse. if i get a dry spell i have to resort to the old towel method though.

And I might add, I've been able to wash it every stinking day for the past two weeks and the forecast is truck bath's for the next 5 days

I have started using a Turtle Wax wash that attaches to the hose. It mixes the soap and water for you.
I like this because I only keep a big bucket of clean rinse water. I don't have to worry about rinsing my washmitt in dirty water.
This seems to wash the truck better than the one bucket method. And I haven't had any water spot problems.
