I think this weekend i'm finally going to get around to painting my flakey wiper arms. What would be the best brand and type of spray paint to use for this? I either want a flat or semi flat/semi gloss paint. And should I use a primer after sanding them down? If so, which one?

rustoleum*sp* should work good! I would definately give it a sand down. Umm primer? Probably not. Good luck and post pics when your done.
