Question Eagle One Wax As You Dry

Just wondering if anyone has tried this product. I just bought a bottle, because I wanted to save a little time in the cleaning process. With school coming up and all, I won't have enough time to wax regularly. So, has anyone tried this stuff? And what do you think about it?

From what I have read and heard it’s really nice for a quick shine, with little to no protection for the paint. It will last a few days and is not meant to replace a good wax or polish for protecting the paint as well as a nice shine.

That's what I was thinking. Thanks 01! I'll be able to get a few wax jobs in there, it's just that I needed something to keep my truck looking good in the meantime.

Actually I had to become very good at condensing things or I would never be able to leave the house without people looking at me funny, you know like that chalkboard problem we had in grade school...

'en animal'?

Are you combining spanish and english again? Speaking Spenglish?

Or, with the similarity between 'in animals' being blatently obvious, are you fantasizing?

Wait a minute... don't answer that one.

Back to the topic.

Yes, Eagle one is good. Especially if you just want a quick shine. I've been using the stuff for forever now.

Well, the new Meguiar's Quick Wax is supposed to be much improved, and might be an alternative. Currently, I'm using Poorboy's QD+, which is a thick rich QD loaded with carnauba. Being that I'm now using a combination of carnuaba/polymer waxes on my truck, I like the thought of the extra protection, and increased durability.

Just my 3 cents!

I don't have any experience with the Eagle stuff but, I have used and love the Meguiars 'QUICK WAX'. Very good product... however; again, if you're looking for long lasting durability, you need to do the classic style wax job versus a spray on product.

I'll do regular wax jobs. But not quite as often. Maybe I'll try that Meguiars spray wax stuff. I just need something for the in-between waxing.

RockPick,

01 thinks you're an animal....grrrrrr!!!
