I have several small chips and scratches on the front bumper. Some are showing a bit of rust, whick means they are fairly deep.

I know I can use a dremel tool to clean the rust out. But what kind of filler should use? When the filler is done, how do I sand a paint it and blend it in?

I guess the easier question should be: How do I fix these chips?
