Okay... I think I've fallen over the edge on being a loon but, here's my story.

I just spent $25 on a hose nozzle. That's right. A hose nozzle.

It should be in sometime this week and, if all goes well, I'll give it a whirl before the weekend and post my results.

I've heard people rave about this thing in the past and decided that I'd give it a try since I'm needing something that is more reliable than the POS that I have on the hose as we speak.

If it has a lifetime gaurantee, it's worth it. I bet I buy $20 worth of those things a year. You know, the cheap plastic kind that breaks if you look at it wrong? But that one looks solid being constructed of metal. I'd say you made a wise buying choice!

 

Kind of like you, I buy two or three per year thus, if this thing really holds up like it looks like it will, it'll pay for itself. I still struggle to spend $25 on a hose nozzle though... lol!

Yeah, I know what you mean. But, you problably won't be buying another hose nozzle for a LONG, LONG time.

 

Hi my name is Steve, and I have spent too much on a hose nozzle...

I never admitted it before, but I actually bought the Griot's Garage hose Nozzle about 6 years ago. Still have it, and use it all the time.

Mine looks real similar to the one you posted, and if it is any thing like the one I have, you'll never buy another one again.

It is better then the crap that you get from the local HD or hardware store, and the spray pattern is just twist the housing, not one of those click around for 47 spray patterns, where 45 of them are useless.

If it is half as good as mine, you are still better off, as you can buy 3 of them for the price of my one.

This may sound silly but I have 2 pressure washers (11HP and 4HP).

My wife bought a similar hose nozzle for gardening last month, and I've been using it ever since.

I don't have to do all the extra work setting up the pressure washer, and go through the hassle of pull starting it after I soap every panel.

Like I said, Ive been using a regual hose for the last month, and I like it better.

Weird huh?

I still like the pressure washer for cleaning the siding and the driveway, but I think I'll stick with a regular hose for a while.
