Kudos to Rock for being open minded especially after all the ribbing my fellow NH resident gave him.

I just got some ZFX (shocked when I opened the box and saw the eyedropper full) and plan to detail the truck and my wifes Focus this weekend. Both black and both Zainoed the old way (no ZFX).

I hear you about the little bottle of ZFX, it kind of blew my mind the first time I seen it and thought "I paid how much for this?"

However, after doing it a few times without, and then using it, it was a huge difference and worth every penny. I don't know how long you have been using Zaino, but my ZFX has lasted so far for 1 1/2 bottles of Z2 and I still have some left.

Oh, and here we go talking about food again "ribs"

The 'deepness' seems to get a little more uniform. Generally though, it starts just about perfect.
Some how I knew there would be a statement of "it starts perfect"...

OK, before RockPick chimes in - I started out perfect - and look what it got me. Oh, you mean the truck finish. Never mind.

Thumbs up ZAINO

Just returned from my annual road trip to NW Wisconsin and the car show. The top 15 finishers all used ZAINo so I would have to say that says alot about the product. I have used it on both dark and light colored paints and have found nothing that comes close to the brialliance it gives my paint. Nothing. I have used Meguiars in the past and really like their fine cut cleaners but I believe their wax is second fiddle to ZAINO when it comes to shine. If ZAINO is applied as per the instructions, it will bring out the best in your paint.

I applied the Zaino correctly "per the instructions". Sorry, I wasn't blown away...

It wasn't bad but, then again, it wasn't any better than what I had either.

My personal opinion is that I think Zaino is great. As far as shine goes, there are many products that will produce a similar and/or equivalent look. What sets Zaino apart for me is the durability. The protection and lasting shine that it gives is amazing. I don't have time to wax my truck every other week, and the zaino allows me to have an awesome looking truck with minimal effort. The initial processes are time consuming, but in the long run I feel it is definitely worth while. Just my opinion.

I definately agree with you andreir... It's a great product that does leave a good shine. The durability is, most likely, the largest difference over carnauba but, I really like the look of the carnauba and couldn't really see a big difference over the Z.

With that being said, I am watching the sides (which had fresh #26) and the tailgate (which has Z) from a durability standpoint. I'll report more as I notice it.
