Fabric tonneau repair kit?

I've got the factory snapless cover and tonight I found a nice clean little cut about a quarter inch long (or smaller). Is there anyway to repair this before it begins to grow?

Has no one ever had the need to repair small holes in any type of vinyl cover?

OK new question.....

Does anyone know if the factory snapless cover is "fabric" or "vinyl"? (I've found a repair kit)

I don't have a factory one, but every soft tonneau I've ever seen has been vinyl. Has anyone here seen a fabric one?
