How Far off the Deep End are You?

Ever wonder how far off the deep end you are when it comes to taking care of your Ford truck? This simple test should help you define the magnitude of your particular problem for your significant other or shrink.

How often do you wash your truck?
1. Once a year (1 point)
2. Once a month (2 points)
3. Once a day (3 points)
4. More than once a day (Get a life)

How often to you wax your truck?
1. Once a year (1 point)
2. Once a month (2 points)
3. Once a week (3 points)
4. Wax legs, not truck (Send pictures)

What kind of wax do you use?
1. Whatever the car wash sprays on (1 point)
2. Whatever is on sale (2 points)
3. Zaino or Meguiar’s – with appropriate religious zeal (Sorry, only 3 points)
4. Home brewed special mixture (Do you inhale too?)

When you apply tire dressing, what do you do?
1. Do not apply tire dressing (1 point)
2. Apply tire dressing, but do not wipe excess off wheels (2 points)
3. Apply tire dressing, wipe off wheels (3 points)
4. Apply tire dressing to front and back of tires (Seek professional help)

Have you ever taken at least 3 wheels off of your truck and rotated them to get all of the Ford logos aligned?
1. What, are you kidding? (1 point)

Before I can add up all my points, I need to know how many points I get for applying tire dressing to the front and back of the tires (The seek professional help one), and for using the Q-tip under the hood?

You get the same number of points I do for waxing (Zaino of course) my fake Rancho shocks once a month. In other words, if you have to ask, you're in too deep - like me.

o yeah, i got it bad. did i mention i always zaino the door sills, always wash the backside of the rims, remove my head/taillights every now and then to wash and zaino behind? polish the bed? etc. etc.? LOL!

And my parents say "I" worship my truck. Not naming any names, *cough* *Harley#356* *cough*.....but some people have it way worse than me. But I understand....A Harley F-150 is a show truck IMO. Keep up the good work Harley!

No kidding, next thing you know Harley will be polishing the cats under the truck...

You have to figure Harley's truck will look so damn good he can park it on a mirror at a show so everyone can see underneath

I'd say I'm about average here. I'm not a complete nut but I do like a clean truck. This summer I want to do a full concours job on my Ranger. My neighbors will prolly be looking at me like , LOL! ,,,,91
