Claybar. What the heck is it?
*shrugs*... maybe I just wasn't using it correctly...
I just found it to make the clay 'sticky' and it was generally drying rapidly even though I was continously trying to keep it wet.
You guys that use car wash solution... do you just wash the truck afterwards as well?
So...
1. Wash
2. Clay with car wash solution
3. Wash again
4. Begin polish/wax/etc regime?
Just curious... I typically go from wash, to clay with QD, straight to polish/wax.

I do the same as APT, and Intel. No need to wash after the claying. If I feel that I left some clay residue in a particular area or two, I wash and rinse that area again as I'm claying. Like Intel said, just make sure you are claying with a fresh bucket of suds.

I wash the vehicle, then make up a fresh bucket of car wash, and then soak the panel with car wash and clay it.
I then just go around rinsing panels at a time. Works well for me.
