Thumbs down Rust Spots

I bought a silver 2003 Screw FX4 3 months ago and when washing this past weekend I discovered little rust spots all over both sides of my truck. I've tried to rub them off with a wet cotton cloth but it only removes some of them. I'd like to get these off before they pit the paint. I find it a bit ridiculous that a truck 3 months old is rusting already. Does any one know of a good way to get rid of these before I take it back to the dealer?

Are you sure they are not rail-dust spots? Try using a clay bar to remove them, and soon!
