Remove trim?

I already pulled of the crappy chrome trim from the wheel wells of my '97 F150, but I want to pull that strip of trim that about 1 1/2" wide and stretches from the door to the front of the rear wheel well. I tried to, but the adhesive on that stuff is insanely good. Is there any way to get that trim off with out ruining the paint?

Hair Dryer on High heat or if that doesnt work get a heat gun however sine you live in AZ. You could just wit till it gets up to about 120* one day then try after you truck has sat in the hot sun all day. Then after all has been removed use DE NATURED Alchol to remove any residual glue. DO NOT use isopropyl alcohol it will not work. You will then want to apply was after to the area.

yeah i know a guy that did that. If i remember correctly he said he let it sit in the sun all afternoon and then used a piece of i believe dental floss and just ran it from one end to another. Then hes used goof off? somethingn like that to remove the extra adhesive, he said its an easy job. If you wanna ask him its brett02 at fordf150.net
