If I give Ford my VIN# can I receive a breakdown of my vehicle's original equipment when it arrived at the dealer. I have a '93. I wouldn't mind knowing the modifications that took place after that. Thanx...steve

all we can do at the dealer is run an OASIS which gives eng size, trans type, calibration code, build date, and any open recalls, axel code. the rest you have to decode in a shop manual and limited at that. i also drive a 93 f150, might be able to answer some of your questions.
