Today just feels so much better than usual. Today I made my final payment on my truck . Feels good to have one less hand in my wallet after 4 yrs & 10 months. The student loan ppl are next Not sure what I'll do with the extra $$ each month. Heart says "more mods" but brain says "save for down payment on a house".

Nice feeling for sure just paid off the wifes 05 Ford Freestyle, my Truck is next hoping to be free of payments within 6 months then let the Mod's begin!!!!!!!!!!! LOL

 

That's a nice feeling. I am in the process of doing student loans as well. If i were you split what you were paying on your truck between student loans and saving. And every now and then mods.
