Ford Family Price

I see that Ford of Canada is offering their Family Pricing again. The savings on a F250 ranges from $5000 to $6000dollars on these trucks on average.
One has to wonder why they don't offer this sales event on a regular basis. And lets face it, Ford is still making a profit with this plan. I hope its available in a couple of years when I have to replace my truck,

I got mine on family pricing last june, worked out to close to $9k off the sticker price. Now I can't imagine buying a truck at any other time of year and not thinking I am being ripped off.

Utter crap this year.
They offerred A Plan and dropped the rebate to $1000-1500 from $3500 prior to the sale.
I was better off negotiating before the supposed "Family" pricing.
Smoke and mirrors......very disappointed unfortuantely.
Hopefully they will bring the full rebate back.

Just signed off on a factory ordered 2012 F150 supercrew lariat. MSRP was $59.5k with almost every option, paid $44.5k. The ford family price discount was 13.5k so got it for $1500 less than that, basically dealer price plus 4% is what he told me. The truck is due to arrive in august when the costco discount comes out so will get another $1000 off the price later.

I ordered a 2012 F150 FX4 with almmost every option available because I got a $13,500.00 discount - same as Ahahswinis. I wouldn't have loaded my truck up with all of those options if it wasn't for the Family Pricing Event. The one option I am not getting through the dealer is the sprayed in bedliner. I am going through "Line X" directly because my dealership offered it for $750 and the Line X dealer offered the same for $530. But since I don't need tailgate sprayed (because tailgate step comes with rigid vinyl protector) it will only cost $480.

I should be getting my truck in the next 2 weeks or so. Not in time for CostCo discount to return, though I was told Family Pricing event would be over before CostCo discount returns. Plus, you have to hold a CostCo membership for a minimum of approximately 2 months before you qualify for the discount - and I still don't have one.

Anyway, I feel bad for dandy63 because he could have saved another few thousand $$ off the price of his truck if he had of waited 2 more weeks. Hopefully something held up his deal and he was able to qualify for the Family Pricing event that started on June 14.

Enjoy your trucks guys!
