The indian protestors are tearing up the highway now in ontario over a land dispute, what bulls**t.
Its a good thing I'm not the guy to make the call on how to defuse the standoff, cause the military would be in there and the native troublemakers would all be arrested and the rest of them sent back to there homes that we paid for to wait for their next government cheque.

An army is not there to police its citizens. That wouldn't make us any better than China or North Korea.

The military has the training and manpower to more effectively handle situations like this. The police can't commit the resources it takes to keep these things under control. The army should at least be there to prevent a repeat of the violence that erupted the other day.

 

the British or french should have just kicked us native Indians buts way back when, But they could not and us native people were assimilated not by not a superior race, but a more complicated one, hiding behind contracts and bargaining prowess to get what they want... The Britt's bought us out and appeased the french,, Now the natives have learned the white mans game and the french want it all, a distinct society, B/S we all crap out the same stuff...Throw a bunch of white people on a reservation and give them free housing, oil money. dysfunctional families ( now a days no ones immune ) and no incentive to wake up as a productive person and most of you White's people ill fair no better, add corrupt chiefs and native affairs run the system into the ground...

P me off that most natives people abuse a hell off a good thing going that other Canadians are not privileged to have, Not every native person is a example of this and their are drunk white guys and gals sleeping in shelters, selling crack and doing things that P me off..

B/s no one owns the land we walk on or the air we breath...This multiculturalism crap is a load of donkey dong we all suffer discrimination, get over it and get on with life...
