Talking Snow is fun ;)

Well today I successfully got myself stuck in the snow.
It's my own fault for thinking I could drive there without a lift or proper tires, but hey, if you don't ever do something stupid, you can't ever embarras yourself with the stories and thats just no fun!

So basically what happened was some hard packed snow caught my front diff as I was going over the snow bank BACK ONTO THE ROAD. Now the sad part... I dug myself out with.... yes.... a window scraper (which broke, mind you).

I just went out back to that spot to take some pics now that I have changed into dry clothes and grabbed my camera.

So yea.. Yay canada

HOLY!!! You got stuck in that little snow bank???? And you have a 4X4??? Who taught you to drive? Maybe it did have something to do with the tires. But still..............
Yeah, I know. The snow bank was hard, the traction was the shytes and it was freezing out.
Next time.......... Damn the torpedoes! HIT THE BANK WITH SPEED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Those are the best all around tires available. They are very quiet, and on my old explorer that thing would go any where and I never got stuck especially in deep snow.

lol yea well it's the tires fault. I got them for $400 CAD balanced/installed. I'll get around to putting better ones on there at some point. For now, they'll do. I'm a university student so money is not something I have a lot of right now. Running that beast is hard enough on my wallet as it is.

My front end got hung up on the snowbank (hard packed sh*t).. I basically tore the whole thing down, which is why it looks so small now lol
Also, I was on an incline up that bank, The road is a few feet higher than where I was driving, so a snowbank that is 2 feet tall from the road is more like 4 feet tall from my angle. Tires couldn't get enough traction to get me going fast enough to plow through, and then I got hung up and couldn't reverse :P

What do you mean enough snow? We don't have any snow at all
I think I'll fire up the dirt bike again today and go play in the new subdivisions giant dirt piles.
