Company To Avoid:

I had recently bought a Diablo Sport Predator for my '06 from a pretty well known Mustang website...coolblueperformance. I had placed the order on the 16th of April '07. I called numerous times to contact customer service and tech support to receive my tracking ID...no answer except for a "mailbox is full" message. It's been a week; still no contact, still no tracking ID, and still no part. I'm starting to think that they don't exist! Anyway, it's always a good idea to verbally get in touch with the company to inquire about a part before placing a blind order online.

Thumbs down PerformanceCenter.com Avoid

I was looking for shocks for an 02 F150 that was lowered. The shocks I was looking at on the PerformanceCenter.com showed they had some Edelbrock IAS Ones for a pretty good price. I order them, receive 1 shock 2 days later with no receipt. I thought maybe the others would show up the next day, they didnt. I call PerformanceCenter, they don't know why the other shocks did not show up, but he would check and call me back. No call back that day, I call the next day. Im told the Edelbrock shocks are no longer made. He suggest some Belltech Nitro2 shocks, the price sounded good so I purchase those. I receive 2 Belltech shocks a couple days later, call PerformanceCenter the next day, they didnt know why the other 2 Belltech shocks did not ship. I look at the address on the box and see the part was drop shipped from a local company, I call them, they tell me Belltech has those backed ordered for 3 weeks.
In the mean time I return the 1 Edelbrock shock, with an RMA number.

I call PerformanceCenter to tell them about the Beltech backorder, they tell me they would refund the difference of the 2 Beltech shocks. I have since called about the refund on the Edelbrock and Belltech Shocks, they tell me they will get on it right away, and they doesnt understand what the problem is.

Its now been 3 weeks, still no refund on the 4 Edelbrock or Beltech Shocks, & now I come to find out that the Belltech shocks I did get are the wrong ones

I would stay away from this place, there are much better places to deal with, this is not one of them.

If you paid with a credit card, I would call and cancel the remainder of the transaction for "goods not recieved".

True, I am working with the Credit Card Company. I just wanted to let others know that there are much better places to buy parts and not have to deal with the hassle.
