Question soft tonneau cover

Question Guys?

When I sold my 97 I kept the soft tonneau cover to put on my 00.
The only problem is that it is green (came like this) to match pacific green colored truck. My new truck is black and gold. I only use the cover occasionaly still I was wondering is there a way to paint or stain it black to match new truck so it does not stand out as much.

Thanks for any help!

You could try black vinyl paint. I don't know how well it will work out in the weather.

What kind of tonneau is it? Some of the mfg offer full replacement parts. You could get just the tarp. I just got a new tarp for my Downey 6.5 foot bed. Price was $100. They were very nice and I got it in 3 days.
