Drainholes

I had a Rhino Liner installed earlier this summer and I'm very pleased with it. I haven't thought about drainage, but last week we had our first decent rain and the bed filled up with water since I park on the downhill side of my street. It's not really a big deal because the bed empties as soon as I drive around. Just wondering if someone had any ideas about drainholes.

They didn't leave the drains open? I thought they did. You should be able to cut them out or something I would think. I drilled holes in my plastic liner.
