BedRug Installation

I recevied my new BedRug from the UPS guy today!!! WooHoo!! I have a question though....It says to "clean the area thoroughly using NON-PETROLEUM based solvent". What the heck is that??

Something that will not leave a film and will clean the surface for the velcrow strips. Alcohol works fine.

Nitro's right...I used regular rubbing alcohol from the supermarket and it worked just fine. I cleaned the whole bed the day before with a damp towel (just because it was really dirty) and the used the alcohol as I was attaching the velcro. I haven't had any problems with the adhesive coming free as some people have mentioned...not that I've taken the liner out, but I had to pull it free from the sides when I was re-installing the tie-downs. I opted for screwing the tie-downs through the liner rather than leaving them in place and cutting a slit. Looks really nice that way.
