I can't recall the model of BAK cover, but the one I saw leans the cover directly against the cab when folded up for cargo. I just didn't want it touching or rubbing on the cab. I also found a price disparity that made no sense to me for virtually the same cover.

 

I've had the flex on since June of last year. I like it a lot except for the clips for the safety straps. Pulling the strap taught will disengage them. They are sending me a new set so hopefully it was just a bad pair.

 

I like the Peragon. With my 5.5' bed the option of easily removing it completely is a plus for me.
