Can someone tell me how togo about hooking up the third brake light ?

On the 04 - 05's there is a junction of wires under the truck right below the drivers door. You tap into a green with a stripe, forgot what color and run that as your hot wire and it won't effect your brake or turn lights.

Not sure on the newer models. Try Google or maybe YouTube if you get no response here.
