Bedtred in a King Ranch

Just purchased a King Ranch with tailgate step and extendabed and was wondering if anyone has put a bedtred in a similar setup. Looks pretty easy as far as making the cuts for the tie downs, but will it work with the tailgate extender? What about the tailgate assist bar? Thanks in advance, and excited to be a new Ford owner!

Yes, it will work. The tailgate BedTred is a separate panel and you don't install that portion.

I installed the BedTred in my 2013 Fx4, 6.5' bed, with tailgate step.

You can get a BedTred or BedRug that works with the step and handle.

Seen it on two trucks from Extang that come to my shop. Their Platinum F150 and their F450.

Just gotta buy the proper kit.

I'm not having luck finding a part number for one with a step assist on any websites.

For the BedTred, there is no separate part number for a kit that works with the Man Step. It's the same kit, but you just don't install that panel - no need to.
