Tie down rails

Can anyone recommend a bed rail tie down system for a 2103 F-150? My current Silverado has a sliding tie down system mounted just below the top of the bed and I cannot find such a thing for the ford.

2103 F-150?

Maybe someone can get back to you in 90 years.

I don't have a track system but I do have "Bullrings" in the stake pockets and they work pretty well. I think they are rated for 1000 pounds each. They hold my quad down nicely.

Check out hi-lift. My dad got a tie down system from them a few months back. Its very user friendly and adjustable.
