Line-x and ARE

I don't haul much of anything except my mountain bikes so i decided to go with the line-x and it looks great. As far as tonneau covers go, i personally think the ARE LSII are the nicest ones out there. I just ordered mine last friday, it should be here in about a week or so. As far as price, they run about 760.00 up in WA state. I send alot of business to the local ARE dealer so i got a good deal on it.

I live in Redmond and I am going to be picking up a new SCrew next week. What's the name of the ARE dealership in the area?

Line-x and ARE

I had the Line-X sprayed (black- $379). Even though they told me they would take them out, Line-x sprayed right over the 2 plastic hole covers on the front wall of the bed. When I asked about it, the manager told me those holes have no real use (used only during building) and most people want them sprayed over. Does anyone know if that's true?

I have ordered, but not yet received, the ARE LSII in Dark Highland Green. I didn't check them all out, but I liked the LSII best of all the ones I looked at.

Actually, I found it quite useful for washing out the junk from my bed to pop one of them out... it gets about 90% of the crud out that way... blasting it out the back didn't work because of the slope in my parking lot.

Maybe next time I'll just pull the front end up on the sidewalk... that might be enough to get it to drain.

Back to the subject at hand... I can't think of a practical use for those plugs, however I don't believe they are used in the assembly process for anything special. I think they're just there "just in case"
