Talking Installed new bed stuff....

So my wife finally got the truck up to the line-x dealer. Got it sprayed for $307! It looks pretty good from the computer and the wife is happy with it. She likes this way better than the plastic liner.

I told her to ask about the UV protection and the dealer said he doesn't recommend it. He said it was kind of a waste to apply it and he rarely puts it on other customers trucks...

Now on to the bad news of the day.. On her way up to the dealership she found a rock in the interstate.. Put a nice crack in the windshield. So she called the insurance company and they will repair it with no deductible! It's about time I get some of that money back.

Here is the photo she sent me and next week she should have the UnderCover classic installed on the truck.

That's SOOOOOO wrong! We apply it to...80% of our trucks and not because we upsell, it's because for what we charge for it, it's GREAT bang for your buck.

yeah truck it sunds fishy to me too... Do you they have to put in the line-x logo in the bed? I don't think mine has one and they are saying it is a Line-X.

No, they don't have to. If you send me your VIN via a PM, I'll check the database and find out if you have a LINE-X bedliner or not for you.

My buddy has a 2003 F250 with Line-X and it is really faded. Granted this is a farm truck, sees a lot of work. The bedliner itself is in perfect shape, but has faded to a dull gray.

I just had Line-X sprayed in mine and parked next to each other the difference is night and day. I had them apply the UV top coat due to this.

You got a great price! I just paid $509 for mine a couple of weeks ago.

I wouldn't worry about the uv coat, since you have a tonneau cover. The Line-X won't be seeing much sun.

I'm going to see if my wife will send some more pictures to me so I can post them up. I know when I was looking for a tonneau I wanted a ton of pictures of various tonneau's.
