Cargo bar?

I am looking at buying a cargo bar, here is my scenario.

I have a 6.5' bed and ordered an ARE Z series cap which will be here in a couple weeks. I use my truck for a little bit of everything, so I haul a little bit of everything as well. I want to keep my truck bed as diverse as possible.

I thought about buying a diamond plate box to sit against the back part of the bed that holds all my tools, receiver, ratchet straps, etc. But, I want it to be removable, so that got scrathched.

My current idea is to get a plastic box, load it, and sit it in the same place, however hold it in place with a ratcheting cargo bar. This way I can remove it when hauling lumber, but keep it in place for road trips or other times when not using the entire bed.

So, I am looking for a good quality, strong ratcheting cargo bar. Suggestions on which one and where to buy are appreicated. Pics are a bonus!

Thanks.
