Havent had to adjust mine since it was installed.
Has worked flawlessly since day one.

Did you install it yourself or have it done professionally? I am now strongly leaning towards the Retrax Pro and will probably soon pull the trigger. (so to speak)

How do these work with the tail gate step, do they leak in that area? Are there any hard covers (folding or rolling) on the market that are designed to work with the ford tailgate step and not leak?

If I park heading downhill I get a lil water in from my step.
a puddle the size of my hand...not enough to run forward.

So I park uphill in my driveway. Now I get a couple of fingers of spots where the step cracks are on both sides.
