Tonneau Cover Seal Problem

I have a 2010 SuperCrew 5.5 bed and have just ordered a tri-fold tonneau cover. The truck has the plastic bedrails on both sides and one on the tailgate. The front part of the bed does not have the bedrail and therefore is a little uneven. I would say 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch. I have not got my cover yet and am just wondering what you guys use to close up that gap?

I got the TonnoPro cover from Jegs. The Jegs warehouse is near my house, so I am just going to go pick it up and save on the shipping costs. My next purchase is a bedrug, but just want the cover 100% weatherproof before I start hauling anything. Thanks, Jason

I'm not sure of any cover that'll be 100% waterproof. Either way, it'll probably have a rubber weather strip. All the F150's are like that and they make the covers with the truck design in mind. You're going to get more water coming in around the sides and bottom of the tailgate than you will near the window. They make seals for that, though. Look into it.
