Does anybody have any bad experiences with these covers? I just got done reading an old post and the OP was complaining about burrs, razor cuts, wrong top, leaks, etc but couldn't sort it out. It looked like a horrible situation and BAK and the dealer were pissed at the guy for being a whiner. The dude's review seemed pretty objective and reasonable but both BAK and the dealer came on to bash him. Don't really get it. Are these things still good to go? I was getting ready to pull the trigger but I'm on park for now.

I bought a cover from BAK and I have to admit I had some issues with mine. I talked to two people and it seems there were some quality control issues they experienced. My cover installed without any issues but I can't say it was perfect cosmetically. I had some scratches on the black, but what can you do? They were honest about the issue - at least to me. I'd buy from them again if I needed to. I just traded my 09 and pulled the cover off to install on my 11. I had to get a new cab seal and they sent it with no charge.

I'd say go for it.

I just installed the F1 on my 2011 and I am very happy. The quality seems to be good. Don't know about the weather resistance because I just put it on tonight.
