Stock Ford Truck Tailgate extender

If my truck did not come equipped with the OEM tailgate/bed extender, what do I need to install it?

The bed extender itself is pretty expensive from the dealer. I think around $400. I got one on Craig's list for $100.

This is the mounting hardware I needed for my 05' supercab with a 6.6 bed.

Screw/Washer - Part# W707381-S900 (you need 2 of these)
Bushing - Part# YL3Z-84286A54-AA (you need 4 of these)

My dealer charged me $17 for each pivot bolt and the bushings for the locking pins were $12 each.

I got the nuts (10-.5MM) and washers from Home Depot for $0.48.

Thanks for the help I greatly appreciate it. I assume the holes are in the bed already? Or does something have to be drilled?
