For 97-03 trucks, the cab angle is different between the single cab (10 degrees) and Super Cab & Super Crew (6 degrees). I know this because I have a single cab short bed 03. This angle difference makes a cap made for my truck bump the Super Cab at the top and a cap built for an Super Cab will leave a wedge shaped gap on my truck.

Other than the cab angle, what you need to check is width.
97-03 short box was the same width front and back.
I'm not certain about the newer ones like yours, but I believe they are wider at the front than the back by 3 inches.

One sure way to find out if it will fit is to set it on your truck and see. Different manufacturers use different designs for the base. If it has a flat base and the side rails are wide enough any difference in width may not matter.
