Under rail Chest/Box
I've been having a heck of a time finding quite what I'm looking for. I have a 6.5' bed, and what I want to do is put an under rail tool box on, and then a tri-fold tonneau(with a front fold), so that the box is under the front panel of the tonneau. Also, since it's a 6.5' bed, I don't want the box to go to the floor completely so I can still haul 4x8 sheets in the bed.
Oh, this is in a 2006 btw. Is there anything out there like that, or am I going to have to fire up the TIG and make my own?

I don't know if what you're looking for is available.
The reason I say that is tool chests sit on the floor to support them, since it does not sit on the rails.
What you might have to do is get a fairly shallow chest box, say something that is made for a Tacoma, and fab a custom support that will raise it off the bed enough to fit your plywood in and still sit below the rails.
Another option is a roll type cover. I'm fairly certain ones are made for tool boxes that sit on the rails.
