Will a 2009/10 folding bed extender fit a 2007 King ranch SC?

I have the opportunity to pick up a new folding bed extender off a 2010 f150 and want to know if it will fit my 2007?
Called the dealer and they said no but I thought I would double check and see if anyone has done it before?

Thanks!

Well if anyone was wondering, the 09/10 bed extender fits the 2007 no problem. I have no idea why they say it won't but it works just fine.

Picked it up off the local craigslist $70

Wow, that's cool. I have a love/hate relationshop with my '05 tailgate extender. I love it when its flipped closed to keep stuff from rolling to the front (golf bag, groceries, etc). And of course, I love it open for hauling longer items. But many times I have to competely take it out to load bigger items and its a pain in the a$$ and I always seem to jam a finger! I need one of these foldable deals.

Thanks for the idea!

Cool item

I like the way that folds out of the way. Does it work in the bed opened up backwards with the tail gate shut. for keeping things close to the tailgate like coolers?

Just a question on your lift why did you go with a 4" lift instead of a 6? and did you like it before you did the other mods? I love the way your truck sit, I'm just debating the same purchases in my mind, a 4"or a 6". thanks for your thoughts.
