Tri-Fold or Roll-up

I'm about to pick up a 2010 FX4 SCrew, and I'm looking for a cover. I think either a tri-fold or a rollup is the best choice. I want:

1. Locking. I want to be able to secure the bed when I lock the truck.

2. Weathertight. Doesn't need to be watertight in a monsoon, but I dont want to be worried about leaking if I'm carrying some stuff that needs to stay dry and its raining.

What would you suggest?

Bump for you, I've got a (new-to-me) 2008 and can't decide either. I've seen a Roll-n-lock on a 2003 up close, and the quality seems good. Very practical as it just rolls away into the little canister thing like a rollup desk. The only thing about the bak flip, is the obstructed view. If I was just hauling some bicycles around, the entire back window is blocked.

Here's a good review of the Bakflip, in this same forum if you haven't already read it:
