Fiberglass Cover -- Any Marring Of Paint?

For you guys that have fiberglass bed covers on your trucks, have you noticed them leaving behind any wear/rub marks/scratches or anything else on your paint after a few years of use?

I'm a little apprhensive about putting one on my truck because I am trying to preserve its factory paint intact and in pristine condition over a large number of years on this particular vehicle.

Any input...???

If it is installed correctly, it should not even touch a painted surface. I have had a tonneau on my Lightning for 90K miles and have no paint issues.

My Leer only contacts the plastic bed rails.

Same hear. No marks. Never touches the truck paint. You can kinda see below that it does hang over a little. It rest fully on the bed rails.
