Keeping Xtra looking good?

I'm sure Truckgasm has chimed in about this, but I didn't see anything with a search. I know Xtra is suppose to be maintenance free, which as a bedliner that makes perfect sense. However with full body Xtra, I am worried some about appearance and want to not only keep it "wet" looking, but also want easy clean-up. I have heard silicone spray or similar, but I'd think that would attract dirt / dust, etc.

Also, what do you all treat your rubber surrounds and plastic moldings / trim pieces with?

i have found that turtle wax f21 does just this on mine. it keeps it wet looking and shiny and protects it from UV. holds well to the rain or washed off

As long as the Xtra is clean, it will be glossy. However, be careful what you clean it with. I suggest good quality automotive soap only. Do NOT use dish soap (like Dawn, etc.). If you wish, you can put some 303 Aerospace or Just Once (justonce.com) on it occasionally.

You can use 303 or Just Once on the rubber surrounds and plastic moldings/trim pieces also!

Thanks, I'll check em out. I think the only way this beast is getting washed now is with a pressure sprayer. Dish soap just dry things out?

Be careful with the pressure washer, don't use extreme high pressure on the bedliner.
