Timelessr1,
Awesome, sounds like you ordered my set-up.
I am very happy, as I think you will.
I'll be traveling south of you later this month, Baltimore.
Driving from Des Moines to Baltimore for the second time in two years,
with my Polaris Sportsman 500 efi, side loaded.
Make sure you post pictures.

The cover will be Line-x'd, im not getting the inside of the bed line'x'd since im putting in a bedrug in there. I figure since I basically just thrown my dirty riding cloths in the bed, and my snowboarding stuff, i figured the bed rug wont get that messed up. I guess you have to pay to get the best huh? Not the cheapest set up, but in the end it gives me the most versitility
Timelessr1,
I have a 6.5' bed. I had considered a 5.5' bed, as I only side load 1 ATV, which is 4 feet wide.
However, the bi-folding ATV ramps are 6' long.
You do the math.
Riding up the 12' ramp for the first time, requires a bit of set up.
1. Measure the width in three spots, to your tire width.
2. Drive up the first 4 feet, making sure the ramps are seated and secure.
3. Roll back ten feet from the ramp, drive up 5 or 6 feet.
4. Roll back ten feet from the edge.
5. Then slowly roll on the trottle up the ramp until you get on top.
It is something you have to get use to. Oh & wear your helmet also.

I know this is an old thread but was wondering if anyone has any suggestion of where to order a 270 cover near Dayton OH? I've look locally and can't find anything. The best deal I can find is on 4wheelonline.com from Tampa FL.
Also does anyone know if the 18" tool bin is a open bin? or does it have dividers like the 8"
Thanks for any info
