Versa-gate bed extender?

Anybody put this extender into their f150?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2009-...Q5fAccessories

It runs around 100 bucks, which is better than the 300 of most extenders. It also claims to be more versatile...using it as a bed divider, storing it or moving it and not having any permanent hardware...and it also says it works with all liners and covers.

I can't tell without accurate dimensions but from the photo it may not work with the extang Solid-Fold bed cover due to the two latching handles near the tailgate. I have the OEM bed extender on my '09 and the Solid-Fold works fine but I may have more clearance. I going to post photos of my installation as soon as it quits raining here.
