Has anyone else had any issues with the bed rail caps warping. Mine have developed a few waves, but only on one side. It doesnt seem right to have to replace them, the truck is an 2005 F150 XLT, and its Minnesota! Where would that kind of heat come from...the waves arent even on the bed rail area near the exhaust which even that is a few feet away...Charlie Brown said it best...good grief...

 

Both of mine are like that on an 08. Another guy I know has both of his like that on an 07. The two other F150s I see all the time have tool boxes over the bed rails so I can't say whether or not they have it. I just don't worry about it. Mine doesn't even have the tabs to pop off for strapping to the bed.
