Top, Tool Box, Extender

I got a question that may be a long shot.

Just bought my first F-150 this weekend. Love it.
It is a 2007 XLT Regular Cab 5.4L V8 2WD Flareside 6.5' bed.

Okay - I bought it for my business.

I was wondering if there is a way that I could add a toolbox in the bed as well as some kind of top (maybe the tri-fold??) Is this possible? I know it may not be watertight. Has anybody done this, and if so, how does it work/look?

I am also going to add a bed extender to make up room for the toolbox.

Any suggestions on this setup (if it will work) is greatly appreciated.

One more ?

Also, the truck has "clips" on the side of the bed like the truck I am showing in the photo. Are they for a soft cover or used to tie stuff down?

Is this tool box big enough for you?
