I couldn't have my bed covered all the time, but either way that thing is badass!

How much do they typically run (ballpark if you do not want to be specific)?

Generally, they run about $1,200 and up. There are two models, SE (holds 400 lbs.) and HD (holds 1,600 lbs). And there are add-on options also.

Thats pretty awesome not going to lie. Although has to be strange the first few times you ride an ATV on top of your bed like that.

Barrett,
Yes it was/is odd. You think, "hey I've driven up steeper hills".
But falling off on a hill is 3 feet, not 6-8ft to the ground.

Takes a little nerve to start.

Thanks for the compliments.

Update:

I've loaded & unloaded the ATV about 20 times, no problem.
Drove with the ATV to the east coast, as previously stated, no problem.
Probably close to 3500 miles total with ATV loaded, no problem.

Drove back to the east coast, with lots of valuables under the cover.
Stayed water proof through strong rains. No problem.

We had a couple 80 degree days, black Line-X not to hot, no problem.

Thanks for the numerous compliments.
The cover is living up to the price & expectation!

FYI: DiamondBack just announced new rebates valid until 5-31-09: $100 on SE, $150 on HD, and $200 on ATV packages.

Looks amazing, I want one in a bad way. Only problem is that I have the 5'-6" bed on my crew and I don't think the ramps will fit in the bed with the deck in a closed position. Do you know if this is true TruckGasm?

I was afraid of that, guess I'll have to buy a 09 with a longer bed.

Thumper,
I understand your concern, however, it can be over come.
First, I would call Diamondback and discuss options. They are pretty bright people, and have to see this as an issue.

Second, I saw and spoke, with an individual who was headed cross country with his. Since he had one ATV & a truck bed full of supplies, he put his ramps on top. They were bedhind the cab, the width.

Finally, It would be nice if Diamondback would come out for a exterior ramp mount for you 5-6 ft bed guys.

Best of luck. But I would call them!

Where to buy

I've been looking at these for about a year, nobody local has one to look at but I'm ready to order one. Any recommendations ? Anybody know if Pickup specialties online is any good ?
