Question Cheap tonneau any good?

Anyone have one of these?

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...m=350134755339

Just curious if they are as cheap as the price.

Looks like a Undercover reject or knockoffs? Suppose if you don't mind what it said in description: "wavey over time" it would be fine. YMMV

I just paid $600.00 for a "ARMOR LID" installed on my 05 F-150 screw. Looks like the same lid to me, has the same locks, light, gas pistons. Mine looks good and functions good. Wish I had known about the lid you found before 12/30/08. You can't beat the price!

the reason it look wavy is from the plastic contrasting constantly with the elements and after time it loses it ability to return the molecule structures of the plastics (i used to work in plastic injection molding) and the fact there is no bracing in the center of the lid has alot to do with it's waviness in time.

I got mine as well. I stopped by the Ford shop to see the lid when it first came in, and it looks great. I dont think you should have a problem with the lid if you dont live in a hot climate and keep your vehicle exposed to extreme heat or cold. There are plenty of people here in Tennessee who bought these and are satisfied.

tonneau cover

I would say go for it. It's cheap and you could buy at least 3 or 4 of them before you equal the same price of the others that's on the market. I'm very satisfied with mine.

That is an Armor Lid factory second. I have sold a few of the Armor's here and they don't even come close to comparing to an Undercover in quality or appearance, especially appearance. The fit and finish compared to an Undercover is so far inferior it is laughable.

And that is comparing a new one not a reject factroy second.

That is a great deal, and less than i was about to pay for a soft hinged cover. Hell how bad could it be...

I just got mine yesterday and put it on. It fits perfectly and lifts and closes perfectly. I am highly impressed.
