As far as stains, try a good wash and some Meg's Hyperdressing. Works for me.
My bad !! Bigsur go me thinking so I just ran out to the garage and looked, I was counting the head rail, mine only has two supports.

So will the Hyperdressing get rid of the water spot stains ? I've tried about everything but the Meg's.

I of course can't garuntee that, cause I guess it depends on how bad your water stains are. However, HD is one of the best products on the market in my opinion and it works wonders. If it doesn't work well by itself, you may want to try some Black Wow or something.

Better yet, start a post in the Care and Detailing Forum and ask the same question. You might get better guidance in there. I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction. If you have HD on you though, it's worth a try.

I used to install them everyday. What do you need to know?

Actually, I just had some issues with tightening the cover....or how much I "should" tighten the cover....had some rain building up on it. I fixed that issue.

However, for you or anyone else reading this post, I have a new question, which I guess is okay since I started this post. Have you ever taken your truck through a "touchless" or high pressure car wash with your cover down? I did this today not thinking about what the heck I was doing. Doesnt' appear to be any damage, but I know never to do that again.

You mean with the cover rolled up ? If so, yes. I do it a couple times a year just to rinse off the dust or wash off the bed mat, no harm to the cover. I just use the high pressure wand washers so usually I hit the bed with the cover rolled up then unroll it and hit it again before I go dry it off.

I went through a touchless wash with the cover unrolled and in place. The jets at this wash are fairly strong. It looks like there might be some rippling on the cover now, but I'm not too worried about it. It might work itself out when it gets warmer...hopefully. Thanks for the response.
