i actually did mine myself. but roll on type. its Herculiner i was reading around and this brand seems to be in the middle of the prices... remember you dont want to go too cheap bec then it wont serv. its perpuse and too expencive... well its just too expencive... lol i did mine roll on bec i heard better reviews on it and if you but the kit it will be a lot easier. it was $80 at autozone so i picked it up. it came out good. real tuff to slide anything! i had gone shopping put everything in the bed and went up a hill with out my tailgate and.... nothing. really good. but other then that it keeps ripping a little when i throw sharp things in there like i through my bike in there and the peadel ripped a peice of it off. its happened like 3 times already. but other then that no complaints ... have had it in the sun rain snow ice... hasent shown any signs of giving up. here are some pictures.
before

first time (kit1)

second time with roll cage. (kit2)

In other words you're saying DIY kits are good as long as don't haul anything??? What a rip off, find a professional installer someone that uses the high pressure system. You own a 2008 do you do not want to take the chance of doing something you have no experience on and ruining the truck.

He wouldn't do any more damage than the installer of the spray-in.

I wouldn't recomend roll on DIY stuff. Line-x is great. I love mine, tough enough for everything that I do. I got mine done for about $425 here.

qbenplaya00: I hope you removed the rust first. If you didn't, the bedliner is going to peel off like.....well, it's going to peel off.
