Soft Tonneau Water Proofing??

I purchased Truxedo soft tonneau for my '09. There is a large gap between the cover and the front of the bed. The bed rails must cause this. I am sure that water can get in this gap. What have some of you done to close this gap?

Use some of that soft foam that's sticky on one side.
