Undercover REDO

I bought this used undercover tonneau with a slight problem. The UV coating had de-laminated and was coming off in chunks. I called Undercover and they said that they did have a problem with a few of these a while back, 2004 I think. Do to me being the second owner and the cover is out of warranty I decided to fix it myself. I scraped all the flaking stuff off, sanded the whole thing with 80 grit paper and then sprayed on a coating of adhesion improver. I then rolled on 2 coats of duplicolor bed liner stuff. It came out OK, a few rolling overlaps and splotches. It looks a little bumpy in the pics due to some rain beading. All in all not bad for $75.00!!

Thanks. It took about 6 hours total. A lot of waiting between coats. The orbital sander made the job go faster. I installed some LED lights tonight and they make a huge difference with seeing in the bed.
