TopDeck install

How hard is it to install a topdeck tonneau cover? I am buying a used one this weekend. What tools do I need to put this bad boy on my truck?
Thanks

Best I can tell it is just a knock-off of a SnugTop and is fairly straight forward clamp-on install.

Well that confirms it is just a snug-top knock off, and a cheap one at that without the no-drill mounting system. You will need to set the cover on the truck with the brackets and mark the locations of the brackets and then remove the cover and set the brackets in place. Mark and drill the holes and use rivets to hold them in place, screws won't work they will just work themselves out and you will have a mess.
